Your tasks

Guest Experience:

  • Champion a guest-centric culture throughout the hotel, emphasizing the importance of exceeding guest expectations at every touchpoints
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, such as personalized service initiatives, special promotions, or amenities.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints effectively, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.

 

Operations Management:

  • Supervise all aspects of hotel operations, including Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Entertainment, Engineering, F&B Service, Kitchen, Finance & HR
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

 

Leadership & Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeepers, maintenance workers, and food service personnel.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, coaching, and team-building activities.
  • Conduct regular talent reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.

 

Financial Management:

  • Support the Cluster GM with managing the hotel budget, including revenue forecasts, expense control, and profit optimization.
  • Monitor financial performance indicators and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
  • Regular and timely provision of all relevant reports and documents 

 

Sales and Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies and attract new business.
  • Participate in sales calls, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the hotel and generate leads.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels and social media platforms to enhance the hotel's online presence.

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in hotel management, preferably pre-opening experience
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • A goal-oriented, independent way of working, combined with entrepreneurial thinking and good organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Solid understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and industry trends.
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language (preferably Arabic and/or German language skills)
  • Proficiency in internal IT systems and MS Office applications
