Deine Aufgaben

  • Creating an Ayurveda vegan menu concept
  • Ensuring the freshness, presentation, quality and flavour of the dishes
  • Work closely with the hotel's resident Ayurvedic doctors to ensure that the food is aligned with the clients' healing needs
  • Coordinate purchasing with the main resort kitchen
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
  • Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer needs and expectations
  • Conducting workshops for our guests to introduce them to ayurvedic cooking

Dein Profil

  • Proven work experience as an Ayurvedic Chef
  • Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills
  • Understanding of food nutrition, different culinary profiles and techniques
  • Creativity to design new menu items and their presentation
  • Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
  • Interest in health, wellness, and holistic living
  • Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory
