Deine Aufgaben
- Creating an Ayurveda vegan menu concept
- Ensuring the freshness, presentation, quality and flavour of the dishes
- Work closely with the hotel's resident Ayurvedic doctors to ensure that the food is aligned with the clients' healing needs
- Coordinate purchasing with the main resort kitchen
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer needs and expectations
- Conducting workshops for our guests to introduce them to ayurvedic cooking
Dein Profil
- Proven work experience as an Ayurvedic Chef
- Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills
- Understanding of food nutrition, different culinary profiles and techniques
- Creativity to design new menu items and their presentation
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
- Interest in health, wellness, and holistic living
- Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory
