Deine Aufgaben

  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, addressing any requests, concerns, or special needs promptly and professionally
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized services and solutions
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints or conflicts in a calm, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback through various channels and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate special requests, celebrations, or events for guests, ensuring their experience is memorable
  • Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and other guest areas to assist with any inquiries or issues
  • Train and mentor front-line staff on best practices for guest interaction
  • Report regularly to hotel management on guest satisfaction levels, key issues, and recommendations for improvement

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
  • Proven experience in guest relations or front office within the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, great team player with a passion for providing outstanding service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS software, Microsoft Office and hotel reputation management software (preferably TrustYou)
  • Fluency in German and English language
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
