Deine Aufgaben
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, addressing any requests, concerns, or special needs promptly and professionally
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized services and solutions
- Handle and resolve guest complaints or conflicts in a calm, efficient, and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback through various channels and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction
- Coordinate special requests, celebrations, or events for guests, ensuring their experience is memorable
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and other guest areas to assist with any inquiries or issues
Dein Profil
- Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
- Proven experience in guest relations or front office within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, great team player with a passion for providing outstanding service
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in hotel PMS software, Microsoft Office and hotel reputation management software (preferably TrustYou)
- Fluency in German and English language
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
