Deine Aufgaben

  • Working closely with the F&B Director in defining strategies for the F&B department
  • Managing cost controls and controlling expenditures for the account
  • Staying current on developing trends in the hotel industry
  • Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
  • Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer needs and expectations
  • Participates in the budgeting process for areas of responsibility
  • Knows and implements brand standards
  • Demonstrating new cooking techniques and equipment to staff

Dein Profil

  • Passion for food and the guest experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in hospitality culinary management
  • Advanced international culinary skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills
  • Ability to teach and inspire team members to be their best every day
  • Creativity to design new menu items and their presentation
  • Proactive forward thinker.
  • Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory
