Deine Aufgaben

  • Working closely with the F&B Director in defining strategies for the F&B department
  • Create innovative menus and dishes both for buffets as well as a la carte
  • Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer needs and expectations
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
  • Lead the team from the front - train and mentor the team
  • Managing cost controls and controlling expenditures within the respective budget
  • Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies
  • Participates in the budgeting process for area of responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
  • Knows and implements brand standards

Dein Profil

  • Passion for food to create a culinary experience for our guests
  • An interest in creating and setting up something new not only to maintain the status quo.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in hospitality culinary management
  • Advanced international culinary skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills
  • Ability to teach and inspire team members to be their best every day
  • Creativity to design new menu items and their presentation
  • Proactive forward thinker
  • Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory
