Deine Aufgaben
- Working closely with the F&B Director in defining strategies for the F&B department
- Create innovative menus and dishes both for buffets as well as a la carte
- Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer needs and expectations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
- Lead the team from the front - train and mentor the team
- Managing cost controls and controlling expenditures within the respective budget
- Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies
- Participates in the budgeting process for area of responsibility
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- Knows and implements brand standards
Dein Profil
- Passion for food to create a culinary experience for our guests
- An interest in creating and setting up something new not only to maintain the status quo.
- A minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in hospitality culinary management
- Advanced international culinary skills
- Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills
- Ability to teach and inspire team members to be their best every day
- Creativity to design new menu items and their presentation
- Proactive forward thinker
- Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory
