Deine Aufgaben

  • Create, prepare, and present a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes and baked goods
  • Create seasonal and regional innovative dessert menus in collaboration with the culinary team
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Oversee daily operations in the pastry kitchen, ensuring all items are prepared in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Train and mentor the pastry team
  • Monitor stock and ingredients, place orders when necessary to avoid shortages

Dein Profil

  • Proven experience as a Patry Chef or in a similar role
  • Be willing to learn, develop and improve own skills, whilst having the ability to progress and engage others
  • Expertise in pastry techniques, decoration and presentation
  • Strong knowledge of baking ingredients, pastry tools, and techniques
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity and passion for food
