Deine Aufgaben
- Create, prepare, and present a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes and baked goods
- Create seasonal and regional innovative dessert menus in collaboration with the culinary team
- Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Oversee daily operations in the pastry kitchen, ensuring all items are prepared in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor the pastry team
- Monitor stock and ingredients, place orders when necessary to avoid shortages
Dein Profil
- Proven experience as a Patry Chef or in a similar role
- Be willing to learn, develop and improve own skills, whilst having the ability to progress and engage others
- Expertise in pastry techniques, decoration and presentation
- Strong knowledge of baking ingredients, pastry tools, and techniques
- Strong attention to detail, creativity and passion for food
