Deine Aufgaben
- Ensuring the operation of the entire infrastructure by effectively coordinating technical work on buildings and installations
- Defining and ensuring compliance with a preventive maintenance plan and ensuring the efficient resolution of corrective maintenance incidents
- Co-ordinate and monitor technical works / interventions contracted to third parties
- Analysing area reports in order to check the progress of tasks and implement any process improvements
- Management of the maintenance team, ensuring that they have the motivation, well-being and knowledge necessary to carry out their tasks on a daily basis
- Developing company policies and guidelines related to sustainability
- Monitor changes in products and services so that they are adapted to the need for rational use of natural resources.
- Promote action plans to reduce waste and dispose of it properly
- Building environmental performance indicators
Dein Profil
- Preferably with a degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience compatible with the job
- Planning and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of English
