Ihre Aufgaben

As the Rooms Division Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the rooms division, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. This role involves managing the front office, housekeeping, and guest relation departments.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the rooms division team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and teamwork. 
• Ensure all guests receive outstanding service from check-in to check-out, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee daily operations of the front office, housekeeping, and guest relation departments, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
• Develop and manage the rooms division budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills, knowledge, and service standards.
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction by conducting regular inspections and addressing any deficiencies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Work closely with other department managers to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience.

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Arabic, English, French and German language skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of cost management and budgeting.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
