We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist (m/f/d) to join our team at Playitas Resort, Fuerteventura. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, training, and administrative processes.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration for new hires
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and implement best hiring practices
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs
- Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts professionally, ensuring fairness and compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Assist in managing payroll processes, benefits administration, and leave management
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and professional growth
- Support the implementation of career development programs and performance management initiatives
- Contribute to HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving overall efficiency and employee satisfaction
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll coordination is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish and English
- High level of confidentiality, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Team player with a proactive approach and strong sense of responsibility
