We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to drive our strategic sales initiatives, lead the sales team and play a key role in positioning Naga Bay as a top destination in the region.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales stratgies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies and tour operators.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations and revenue teams to ensure alignment of business goals.

Ihr Profil

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel / resort sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality market, especially in the Red Sea area.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
