  • Managing overall hotel operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning
  • Maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of the guest experience
  • Leading, inspiring, and empowering the hotel team to deliver outstanding performance
  • Implementing and optimizing processes to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Ihr Profil

  • Proven Experience: Established track record as a Hotel/Resort Manager or in a top-tier hospitality leadership role
  • Operational Expertise: Deep knowledge of hotel operations and superior guest experiences
  • Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership and interpersonal abilities
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (German is a valuable asset)
  • Added Advantage: Resort management or pre-opening expertise
