Management Trainee (f/m/d) Tourism & Hospitality

Your tasks

You’ll gain deep insights into key areas of leisure hospitality and tourism operations. The focus is on management and leadership tasks, preparing you for a responsible role within our hotel teams or corporate tourism environment.

• Work closely with hotel management, supporting operational and administrative duties

• Take on your own projects and responsibilities after an initial training phase

• Depending on your previous experience, you’ll go through a personalised trainee plan across departments such as front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, entertainment or spa

Your Skills & Experience

• Initial leadership experience in hospitality or tourism (e.g., front office, F&B, guest entertainment)

• A passion for being a host and creating memorable guest experiences

• Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, solutions-driven mindset

• Fluent in German and proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Confident handling of MS Office tools

• Degree in tourism/hospitality or a completed vocational training in hotel management

• Valid EU passport and willingness to relocate internationally
